All sales are final once the chain has been cut to your specification.

Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and the welding service.   If the welded jump ring breaks within the first week, we will re-weld this jump ring for free.

Finally, Simple Grace, LLC, cannot be held liable for chain breakage or loss.   Please remember permanent jewelry is not immune to removal or breakage.  The chains can be easily cut and there’s about a 10 pound weight limit for the smaller diameter chains and 20 pound weight limit for the larger diameter chains-- so the chain will break if it’s pulled hard enough.
